Each CloudMind Prints piece is 3D printed and hand-finished on demand. Made-to-order items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your item arrives broken or with a print defect, contact Cloudmindprints@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace it at no cost or issue a full refund.
Custom 3D printing requests are non-refundable once production has begun. If we can't fulfill your request, your deposit is refunded in full.
For safety reasons, fragrance oils are non-returnable once opened. Unopened bottles in original packaging can be returned within 14 days.
Blind boxes aren't eligible for return based on character received — that's part of the fun! If a Nim arrives broken or missing pieces, email us within 7 days for a free replacement.
Email Cloudmindprints@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description. We respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
