Made-to-order items are 3D printed and hand-finished after you order. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Larger custom prints or limited drops may take longer — we'll email you an updated estimate.
Packages ship via USPS or UPS with tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email and a tracking link the moment your label is created.
Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. You can preview shipping cost during the custom-request flow before you pay a thing.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right — free replacement or full refund, your choice.
