When you create an account, place an order, or join our rewards mailing list, we collect your name, email, shipping address, and order history. Stripe securely processes your payment — we never store your card details.
We use your data to fulfill orders, send order updates, award loyalty points, and (if you opted in) share occasional offers and new product launches. We never sell your information to anyone.
Conversations with our AI assistants are processed to provide helpful responses. We don't use your chat content to train external models.
You can opt out of marketing emails anytime — every message has an unsubscribe link. Order confirmations and shipping notices will still be sent.
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account anytime by emailing Cloudmindprints@gmail.com. California and EU residents have additional rights under CCPA and GDPR.
We use essential cookies for login, cart, and site functionality. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
